1.) Processing of Your Personal Data in the Context of the Contest
We process your personal data to properly conduct and manage the contest, and specifically to send out the prize. For the execution of the contest, the profile name and, if available, the first and last name of each participant will be collected and stored.
To send the prize, we additionally collect the winner's first and last name and address, and these data will be forwarded to a shipping partner we have commissioned.
The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (Performance of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).
If we separately publish the winner's first and last name on our profile or fan page, or externally, for example, in our online shop, this will only be done with the winner's prior, explicit consent according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
If participation in the contest is contingent upon consent to receive our newsletter, we will also collect your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. We use the double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. This means that we will only send you email newsletters if you have expressly confirmed that you consent to the collection and storage of your data for the purpose of sending newsletters in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm that you wish to receive newsletters in the future by clicking on the corresponding link. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data collected by us during the newsletter sign-up process will be used exclusively for promotional purposes via the newsletter. There is no transfer of data to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the responsible party mentioned at the beginning of this notice. After unsubscribing, the newsletter will be discontinued, and your email address and any other related data provided will be promptly deleted from our newsletter mailing list unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is legally permissible and about which we inform you here.
2.) Data Retention Period
After the end of the contest, your personal data processed in the context of the contest will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the contest, unless there is valid consent for further processing (for example, in relation to the newsletter subscription) and/or we have a legitimate interest in retaining the data.
3.) Your Rights as a Data Subject

- Right to rectification pursuant to Article 16 GDPR
