Returns and Exchanges: It's That Simple with NORRGANIC

Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Return
It can always happen that something doesn't fit.
Please make sure that you return your item to us in its original condition and with the original label.
Washed goods cannot be exchanged! If goods are damaged or soiled (stains from make-up, deodorant, etc.) we reserve the right to demand compensation.

You as the buyer are responsible for the return costs.

Below we have put together a short step-by-step guide for processing your return:

  1. Send us an email to support@norrganic.com and specify which product you would like to return. Optionally, you can also specify the reason for your return.
  2. We will send you the relevant return form by email. Please enclose it in the package.
  3. Make sure that all items you wish to return are in their original condition.
  4. Seal the package properly and ensure it is adequately stamped. We recommend shipping with tracking.
  5. Drop off the package at the parcel shop and keep proof of shipment. You can also tell us the shipment number.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund you the full price of the goods.
Using shipment tracking, you as a customer can also track the delivery of the return.
We will notify you by email as soon as we have processed the refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used to pay for the order.
